3tbsplow-sodium soy sauce
2tbsphoney
1tbsprice vinegar
1tbspsesame oil
2clovegarlic, minced
1tspfresh ginger, grated
2cupbroccoli florets
1piecered bell pepper, sliced
1cupsnap peas
2tbspvegetable oil
2piecegreen onions, sliced
1tbspsesame seeds

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the glaze.

Brush the pork tenderloins with half of the glaze. Place them in a roasting pan and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

While the pork is roasting, heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add broccoli florets, sliced red bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
