Step 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted coconut oil, and a pinch of sea salt until well combined.

Step 4Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish and add a little water to the bottom of the dish to prevent sticking.
