0.25cupchopped walnuts
2tbspmaple syrup
1tspcinnamon
0.25tspnutmeg
2tbspcoconut oil, melted
1pinchsea salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted coconut oil, and a pinch of sea salt until well combined.

Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish and add a little water to the bottom of the dish to prevent sticking.
