2tbspcoconut flour
2piecelemons, zest
1tbsplemon juice
0.5tspvanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites until foamy.

Add honey, coconut flour, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the egg whites. Mix well.
