4ozglass noodles (sweet potato starch)

1tbspsoy sauce
2piecegreen onions, sliced

1tbspwhite sesame seeds

Instructions

Whisk miso, mirin, sake, brown sugar, and rice vinegar together in a bowl to create the marinade.

Marinate the cod fillets in the mixture for 2-4 hours.

Combine rice vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl, then add the julienned daikon to quick-pickle for 30 minutes.
