1cankidney beans, drained (400g)

Instructions

In a large pot, brown the ground turkey over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.

Add the diced onions and bell peppers to the pot, cooking until they are softened.

Stir in the minced garlic, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, and paprika, cooking for an additional minute to release the flavors.

Add the diced tomatoes, drained kidney beans, drained black beans, and low-sodium chicken broth to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and let the chili simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
